Sensei Mish is a fantastic teacher, he has the unique ability to split moves up into connecting segments that are easy to learn and easy to reconnect into the complete move. He is patient and extremely knowledgeable in martial arts. I highly recommend him for beginners and advanced martial artists looking to improve their skills or learn new styles. I have learned Modular Knife from him in both online (live video) and in person classes, and have increased my skill set considerably with both of these methods.

Having trained with instructor Handwerker off and on for a decade as my schedule permits, I know that he is always improving his art as any good teacher/student should. He is open minded to other styles but is also confident and knowledgeable with his own. There isn’t macho egos in his school and as such, it is very approachable. He is dedicated to the success of his students and promotes on merit and skill and this results in true training. Thank you for the real deal education.
