Congratulations for winning a free month of classes at Artisan Martial Arts. Please fill out the form below to complete your registration. The date you submit this form will be the offical day your free month begins. During this free month please feel free to come to class as much as you would like. Young Artisans and Youth Kempo classes meet every Monday and Wednesday afternoon/evening and Satruday mornings.
